INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION

The second edition of international specialized fair – having as main objective the promotion and sales of the carrier and fancy pigeons and of the professional products for breeding all breeds of pigeons – will take place in Cluj-Napoca, between 22rd and 24th October 2010, at the EXPO TRANSILVANIA Exhibition Hall.

Since well-known breeders of carrier and fancy pigeons from Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, Asia and Romania will participate, who usually take part at numerous exhibitions, competitions as well as on international and national markets, winning many awards and medals, the PIGEON INTERNAŢIONAL FAIRE will benefit from a high professional level as early as its first edition.

Furthermore, since its guests include well-known companies from countries like Germany, Belgium, Hungary etc., which produce and supply a wide range of supplements for pigeon breeding, make this fair an all-inclusive one in terms of organization.

The fair is being organized based on the model and technical conditions of the most famous specialty fairs in Europe (see KASSEL – Germany). The fair is structured and divided into categories and groups of pigeons and products. The participants will benefit from exhibition stands required by the nature of the fair, equipped with a certain number of cages and other pieces of furniture, provided by the organizer.

The schedule of the fair is as follows:

* FRIDAY, 22rd October 2010,

- 12.00 PM to 08.00 PM - the participants are welcome and registered, the stands are taken over and the pigeons and/or products are placed on the stands;

* SATURDAY, 23th October 2010,

- 09.00 AM to 08.00 PM - the exhibition.

* SUNDAY, 24th October 2010,

- 09.00 AM to 02.00 PM - the exhibition.

- 02.00 PM to 06.00 PM – dismantling of the stands and departure of the participants.

Furthermore, the organizers are happy to help the participants who need accommodation by making the required reservations at the hotels / guest houses in Cluj-Napoca and its surroundings, providing best conditions.
